  • Can I cancel or modify my order?

    If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us at customercare@vyrao.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help. If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately we won’t be able to cancel or modify it.
  • Can my order be gift wrapped?

    Yes, there are two gift wrap options available in your minicart. You can also leave a personal message in the gift-wrap dropdown.
  • Do you accept returns?

    Yes, so long as it’s unused, unopened and returned within 14 days from the date you received it. Contact our customer care team at customercare@vyrao.com to log the return and please note that all return costs must be covered by the customer directly and not the brand.
  • How will I know that you’ve received my order?

    After placing your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. If you don’t for any reason, please contact us at customercare@vyrao.com and we’ll be able to help.
  • Where will my order be shipped from?

    All UK and international orders are shipped from the UK, with the exception of US orders, which are fulfilled and shipped directly from the US.
